Anxiety disorder is treatable and patient can beat if . But only follow few steps like Consult Psychologist and take mental health management. Anxiety can be  well dealt with behaviour therapy . Medicine can reduce ur anxiety but can't resolve your root Causes for the anxiety. U have to discuss full case history with psychologist and find the causes.

Hello..... This condition  is called  panic attacks. Nothing  to worry.... Need to take anti-anxiety  pills. Clonazepam 0.5mg vl help immediately  to control  your anxiety. U can actually  keep  one tab always  in the pocket and can be taken  in SOS basis. And for long  term  need to use Ssri medications
