Anxiety disorder
I have panic disorder as diagnosed by a psychiatrist for the last 2 years. Initially for 2 months I was taking very low dosage medication of Etilaam. I have stopped it completely after that. The problem is whenever I am busy and engaged in some work or activity I am perfectly normal. But when I am free and not sleeping, I get anxiety symptoms. I am not ready to take any medication. I wanted to get rid of this problem without medication. Could you give me some tips to handle this situation. I am not able to divert my mind away from this when I am free.

Hello Friend, Appreciate your interest to solve the problem without medication. Good. If so you need to be ready to adopt few lifestyle changes that can help to control your anxiety level. You may have increased Vata (ayurveda term for increased air energy in body). If you can control this your anxiety will reduce..
