Anxiety disorder
I have been taking medication for anxiety disorder. The doctor prescribed me escitalopram, clonazepam, propanalol for the same and told me take the medication for 1 month. Even after one month of taking medication I have been experiencing same issue. I again reached out to doctor after 1 month and he prescribed me same medication.
I experience increase in heart rate, anxiety randomly any time any day. Some days are normal I don't experience them at all ,some days these symptoms came back.
Should I take medication only those days when I feel more anxious and depressed. Or do I have to take daily(as daily I don't experience them) only some days.
