Hi If you are feeling extremely anxious consult a psychiatrist. You can also consult a psychologist for counseling. Consult a psychiatrist first and then consult a psychologist. With a psychologist you can talk about your daily routine, eating and sleeping habits. Do not worry with the help of a mental health professional you will feel better.
