It sounds like you’re experiencing intense anxiety, possibly panic attacks, or a stress-induced neurological response. The trembling, numbness, zoning out, and difficulty speaking or walking suggest your nervous system is in a heightened state of distress. Your body is reacting as if it’s in constant danger, which can be overwhelming.
This isn’t something you have to go through alone. Seeking professional help can provide you with strategies to regulate your nervous system, such as grounding techniques, breathwork, or therapy like CBT to help manage these symptoms. Prioritizing sleep, nutrition, and movement can also help stabilize your body. If these symptoms persist or worsen, consulting a medical professional is crucial to rule out any underlying conditions. You’re not alone—help is available, and recovery is possible.

Hi,
I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing such distressing symptoms. What you're describing sounds like it could be a severe anxiety response or panic attacks. The trembling, numbness, feelings of suffocation, and difficulties with memory, appetite, and sleep are all significant indicators that your body and mind are experiencing extreme stress. Zoning out and feeling disconnected can also point to your mind's way of coping with overwhelming emotions. It's essential to acknowledge that these experiences are serious and can significantly impact your daily life.
I encourage you to seek professional help as soon as possible. A mental health professional can provide a safe space to talk about what youâre going through and help you explore treatment options, such as therapy or medication. In the meantime, try to engage in breathing exercises to help calm your body during moments of anxiety, establish a routine for sleep, and reach out to supportive friends or family members who can help you feel grounded. Remember, you donât have to go through this alone; there are resources and people who can support you in finding a path toward feeling better.
Unplug for few days, consult a psychiatrist also a psychologist. Learn calming down techniques from the psychogist, and take a break from whatever is pressurising you. Learn to love yourself and do some self care routine.
