Anxiety bp and shortness of breath
Helo I am 23 years old guy I have bp problem When physician last checked my bp it was 144/80 and now I am feeling so much shortness of breath Ecg and cbc is normal. I am having a lot of gas with left hand pain and burping feeling with abdominal pain And headache some times from last 3 days. Can i start taking mukta vati and if yes then what is the dosage

It's because of anxiety and gastritis. Take tab pantop D-sr twice in a day. Syrup digene 30 ml 3 times in a day. For muktavati you need to consult ayurvedic physician as it's an ayurvedic medicine.

Avoid outside food. drink plenty of water. don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap don't over eat. have green leafy vegetables and fruits. go for morning and evening walks on a regular basis do some physical exercises on a regular basis. don't take unnecessary stress. add probiotics to your diet.
