Anxiety and panic attacks
Sometimes I get panic attack and anxiety due to fears. Now I don't fear any mental illness and more importantly ignore the symptoms. I don't take myself and life too seriously. I don't live in thoughts and inside the head. Rather I live where I am physically present. Is there any thing else I can do ?

Being in the present and neglecting the symptoms is the best way to deal with panic You can explore the cause of this fear either through psychotherapy or hypnosis
