Anxiety and panic attack
Doctor said me i am suffering from anxiety when a sound or abject which comes suddenly i will be panicked also i worry about the things which are going to be in future . Also my hand or leg get jerks when i try to sleep and i suddenly get up. i dont get restful sleep.I am taking medicine mitocent 30 mg which is prescribed by doctor . Also i want to know that this medicine works for anxiety ? as it is a anti depressant. Also i want to know that can i take alternate unani medicine for sexual health with anti depressants.

The symptoms that you state sound like you are under constant anxiety and stress.
For how long have you been taking the medicine? Please check with your doctor for any change in dosage or drug.
