Hey. Yes, it is possible for someone with anxiety or occasional panic attacks to feel completely normal again, even without medication, especially if the symptoms are mild, infrequent, and manageable. However, if the panic attacks or anxiety are frequent, intense, or starting to interfere with your daily life, it’s important to seek professional help. Early support can make a big difference, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong in reaching out. Also, understanding the triggers and underlying causes is key to managing these symptoms effectively. And remember, experiencing anxiety at times is completely normal, most people go through it at some point in their lives.
Next Steps
If you're hesitant about medication, therapy is a very effective option for mild to moderate anxiety and can help you learn ways to cope better.
