Anxiety and depression
Sir/Madam, My wife often gets irritated and angry for small issues. Sometimes it gets unbearable for her and starts crying. Also, she suffers from low libido and doesn't show interest. Even if I, wish to suggest to take her for medication, she gets angry. I would request a solution to this problem. Thanks.

Dear Sir Getting low send irritable, crying spells, lack of interest, low Energy Lexus, low libido are all symptoms of depression. Please consult a psychiatrist in person for a detailed evaluation and further management. Treatment of depression consists of medications as well as psychological therapy. I understand that she is reluctant to take medicine, try to convince her to see a psychiatrist at least once and then to make a decision about taking treatment. Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra MRCPsych MD DPM Mumbai

Hi It seems like depression but we need to evaluate further. What's her age? Has she reached menopause? Any stress she has that can be maintaining these symptoms Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online or in person All the best
