Getting frustrated is common when in a toxic relationship. However it isn’t healthy way if it’s affecting your health adversely. Long term and chronic stress due to the distressed relationship can often lead to depression and anxiety problems. But you don’t have to suffer in silence. There’s a way out. Please take a psychiatrist consultation. With medications and therapy you will come out of this crisis soon. In meantime take breaks from negative communication and arguments to cool off your mind. Do relaxation and breathing exercises to calm down. Avoid caffeinated drinks.
