Is this outer region looks normal?? If no please tell me what it is? Had 2 times hard stool.. after that strechy sharp feeling when about to pass slight hard stool. Normal stool experience no strechy feeling no pain no bleeding no hard lump. Please guide

Its sentinel tag.due to anal fissure and prolonged constipation. Isabgol with warm Luke water .sitz bath 2 times a day. Bnc gel for outside.lignocaine gel for inside consult me on practo for further management and evaluation.
