Hi I have been diagnosed with this. All other reports are normal. I am taking all measures like medicines dietary and lifestyle changes. Acid reflux is triggered when i eat raw onions, tomato, oily fatty spicy food all of which i am avoiding. The doc says this will take 3 months to heal. Will i be able to eat everything after that or will i still have to always strictly avoid trigger foods? Will acid reflux reduce once this is healed?

Gastritis is either acute or chronic where treatment is continued with PPI for 3-4 months depending on the severity.once it's healed you can have those spicy and oily ,sour foods but in moderation.

You will have to take a lot of precautions as far as your food habits are concerned.
As long as the patients appreciate that everyone doesn't get everything (कभी किसी को मुकम्मल जहां नहीं मिलता), their treatment is easy.

U will be able to eat everything after recovery, but will need to limit the amount,as symptoms can recur.
It also depends on the severity of your condition.
