I am 33 and have oily & acne prone skin. I have heard a lot about retinol. Please suggest me a good anti aging cream or lotion that doesn't cause breakouts. Any diet suggestion will be great.

Retinol is good to dry your skin.its a derivative of vitamin A .it helps in epidermal turnover and prevents wrinkles in long run.
still i would recommend you to visit a doctor near you or you can connect with me on practo direct with a picture.
u can have everything in your diet.but since you are acne prone please avoid excessive sweets and complex carbs.
