Anterior pelvic tilt exercise
I m short heightned n also have anterior pelvic tilt ...so it worsens my look also i get tired easily by doing any work..kindly Suggest some very effective exercise to Correct this...

Greetings,  your concerns are very relevant at this age.  Anterior pelvic tilt can be corrected, but you need to hire a physio for at least a month if not more to train you in this regard.
Next Steps
why you cannot handle on your own?  reason there are many reasons for pelvic tilt,  hence supervised and examined by physio will help to get you back to good shape.  look for physio who has knowledge about trigger point therapy and posture correction.
