I'm using anovate for last 2 yrs for my anal fissure problem i want to know d kind of side effects it can cause or already caused which i don't know??

Fissures cannot be there for 2 yrs, although there are no side effects of anovate oint, but there is definitely wrong somewhere, please consult online

As it is an ointment, it is mostly with no side effects. Few people experience this side effects burning sensation, rash or itching after application.
Caution you need to take is, when you a skin erosion, or any wound then you should not apply as it can get absorbed in the blood through that skin erosion.

Anal fissure is a small tear in the thin, moist tissue (mucosa) that lines the anus. An anal fissure may occur when you pass hard or large stools during a bowel movement. Anal fissures typically cause pain and bleeding with bowel movements. You also may experience spasms in the ring of muscle at the end of your anus.
Anovate is a steroid and it has side effects like atropy and increased infection at site.
It's not the treatment of fissure.You need to massage anal sphincter for with cream.and you need to be treated for constipation.
Exercises,high fibre ,ni out side food need to be followed
