I slipped down this morning and twisted my ankle severely. Unable to walk easily and I see swelling. Also, turning the foot to the right is extremely painful. I just applied iodex and put a bandage now. I am at work. What should I do next?

Please get an x-ray to rule out fracture as there can be associated ligament injury. If there is no fracture you will have to be on an ankle binder/brace ( do not use an anklet support) for 3 weeks following which you will need to do exercises..
