Ankle swelling
I had an ankle fracture on March -2020, I was recovered from fracture and I started working out and it was completely fine. I left working out 4months in between and started again 3 weeks back. All of a sudden the same ankle got swelling and pain and couldn't apply pressure. When it is elevated its perfectly fine, I could walk but still I feel pain and swelling.

Persistent pain and swelling after a fracture is common. It is due to impaired blood circulation due to immobilisation.
Next Steps
It might take 3-6 months for this blood circulation to reset. Try to go slow with rehab. Continue limb elevation when resting. Take Chymoral AP three times a day for 5 days for the swelling. Consult if problem continues even after following this advice.
