Ankle sprain
I have ankle sprain since yesterday night and from morning having severe pain and unable to walk. I applied volini spray in the night and also 2 times from morning. Also tied elastic bandage. Still the pain is there and seems a little swelling in the area. Can you please suggest a solution for this

Ankle sprain take upto 10 days to heal, but a fracture must be ruled out.
Next Steps
Get an X-ray followed by a consultation. Till then, take rest. Do not put weight on affected leg. Apply Ice packs and pain relief spray. Keep the affected leg up most of the time, do not leave it hanging for long. Continue crepe bandage. Get the x-ray for greater clarity.
