Ankle pain
Hi, I am having a lot of issues with my ankle. My uric acid went up to 8.6 but is now on the border at 7.2..My age is 35 years and have a lot of issues while walking. I can feel the pain on my ankle.

Pain - during walking only or during taking rest
- can give a good picture only on correlation of clinical examination and x ray. But since ur Uric acid is high - 1. Drink plenty of water
2. Avoid : Sea food and in veg : black gram
3. Avoid alcohol
4.check ur Kidney function and 24 hour urine uric acid
