Keep equal balance on both legs. Avoid strain full activity. Long standing. Do physiotherapy treatment if there is no major issues like fracture

Dear friend please take advice from an orthopedician first to diagnose the problem exactly. There after it can be sorted out.

Persistent Ankle pain requires assessment to check if the problem is in the ligaments supporting the ankle, if there is any instability, reduced medial arch ( flat foot)  or a pronated heel. Occasionally the issue could be at the Lower back with involvement of the S1 nerve root which innervates the ankle region. Kindly see an Orthopaedic or a Physiotherapist to evaluate the condition.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. It would have been better if you had posted a photo of the prescription and reports of the condition you are being treated first. This would have helped us to advice you further. If you are not finding and relief, then follow up with your orthopedic for further evaluation.
