Ankle Fracture treatment
I met an accident 4 months back. Now plaster is also removed 2 months back & dr. suggested to start walking but i still feels pain while walking in my ankle, toe & knee & not able to walk normally. I am looking for some kind of oil for massage & physio therapy so i will get some relief from pain and can start to my regular routine. Consult with one physiotherapist but they have just given some basic exercises but that is not helpful. So please recommend some good oil for massage & which physio therapy can help me so I check the same with nearest physiotherapist. Looking for immediate response & Thanks in advance. Regards, Prashant Ahire

Please confirm that all your bony injuries are healed and mature enough for weight bearing by consulting your Orthopaedic surgeon.
