I don't know why but whenever I am angry on anything (in family or office) I started crying. I couldn't control my tears. This is creating a very negative impression in my office that I cry to take sympathy, however, only I know this is not true. I want to control my tears while I am angry. Please suggest how would I be able to get out of this problem. This is really hampering my inner self confidence.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Anger, irritation, frustration etc are expression or outburst of stress. You really need to work on the stress management plan to overcome this problem. However, crying is not a usual behavior to express anger.

I appreciate your sense of awareness and you have identified that your anger is making you to cry. We cry when we feel helpless or not able to show the primary emotion which is anger in your case. Unfortunately people have come to conclusion that crying is weakness and seeking for sympathy especially label it them with female, but the truth it is an expression of emotions.
Do not eliminate crying from your life, you might have to just manage it to make sure where to pour them out to make sure you feel relaxed and do not feel embarrassed in front of others.
