I am being angry alot now a days...a small thing or disturbance make me yell at others...when others try to convince or if they shout back at me,I get more angry...I always end up breaking things and hurting other person very badly...I am unable to control this...whenever I feel angry,i feel the stressed beat of all my nerves...and when this happens, I just feel like hurting myself physically or hurting the other person physically...I have already cut my wrist several times...Should I really consult a doctor ?
I have already fell unconscious twice when I tried to control my anger...during that unconscious thing,I cant hear anyone but just those pulse beats which happen in my head and my eyesight also gets blur...what should I do ?
Please help...
