I have been having anger management issues from past few months. I have had many a things that i have kept locked within me for a very long time. Almost like 9 years, and those things are quite heart breaking. I have never had problems like this before....but nowadays i get hyper at even the smallest things...beat and abuse anyone in front of me....how can i get out of it? Should i consult a psychiatrist?

I understand your concern. Anger dyscontrol might be due to depression too. More clarity is needed regarding your actual problem. You would benefit from a psychiatric consultation. I would be more than happy to help you with that. Some counselling and if needed medical help might be useful for you.
You can directly consult with me through Practo. Online chat consultation is also available.
