Anger issues
Hi I hv anger issues. I get angry in a bit for small things. And level of anger is very high when i can't control myself and speak anything rubbish. Most of the time i get angry with people i love the most like my family or girl friend.. Please suggest what can i do to overcome this problem.

But if you find yourself getting angry in an unreasonable manner, and is causing you distress and damaging your relationships, in that case you should consider consulting a psychiatrist/psychologist for anger management techniques. How is your mood in general? Is it mostly low, irritable, etc? Very commonly persistent irritability of mood leads to frequent anger outbursts. In such cases one will need to investigate an underlying mood issues. In any case, consulting an expert is advisable. Counselling sessions and anger management techniques can be very helpful. Anger can be due to your thought VB process or any medical issues like anaemia, low blood sugar etc. Evaluate your thought process & find out the triggers or reasons for it if any Try to work on those issue. If you are unable to do that meet psychiatrist for evaluation.
