Anger during pregnancy
I'm 22 weeks pregnant. Occasionally I experience extreme anger and sadness . Will that have any effects on my baby ?

It's pregnancy hormones. Yoga and mindfulness can help u a lot. Reading books, listening to music can help u to control her anger
