Anger and self harm
I've been struggling with anger issues all my life, but over the past 2 years or so it got worse. I instincitvely self harm when angry, cutting, hitting etc, and also breaking objects close to me. I usually doesn't take much to set me off, usually something like making a mistake or losing at a game.
