Even if you take injections or tablets the rise of hb percentage is same But in oral need to take daily without missing But how much to take ? Depends on your hb level

Syrup is for pediatric use You will require tablets or injections depending upon your haemoglobin levels If hb levels are less than 8 you need injections followed by oral therapy More than 8 you can continue oral therapy
