Hi there. Your uterus has small multiple fibroids and that can be an accidental finding if you do not have any menstrual complaint or any other symptoms related to it. You can just relax if you don't have any complaint.. the size of the fibroids are very small.. need no medicines or surgery if you do not have any complaint. Feel free to contact anytime for further assistance.

If u r suffering from excess menses or frequent menses, then route cause looks like to be uterus with multiple fibroids Whenever single fibroid is available , u can remove only fibroid and preserve ur uterus In case of multiple fibroids , this possibility is not there. If loss of blood has to be avoided to avoid constant anemic stage hysterectomy is advocated Medicines which act on fibroid will less likely act on this situation

I wish to know first what are the symptoms the patient has... We don't treat scan report ... We treat symptoms of the patient . Scan us only to diagnose the cause of the symptoms... If not complaint of menstruation then better to concentrate on kidney issues first .
