According to your blood report that you are suffering from some infection like hypercholesterolemia with liver enzyme SGPT increase

follow good life style as
take less spicy and fatty food and do exercises regularly with yoga and meditation to lower the cholesterol value
after 1 month do test again of LFT and Lipid profile to know the effect of good life style and medicine of Liv 52.
