Anal fissure
Hi my age is 30, post laproscopy surgery I got anal fissure. Blood and severe pain in stool. Doctor prescribed cremaffin syrup and cremaffin H & 2 % gel to apply. Flagyl tablet. Am following good diet with more water.fruits, vegs Blood stopped, but still feeling more pain past 1 week. 3 times passing stool, with mild blood and severe pain. How long it will take cure anal fissure.

Hello! Anal fissures usually take 4 to 6 weeks to heal.

need to know how much time has passed post beginning of treatment and some other history too.

Since how long do u have this prblm? If it is still not resolved u need to see a general surgeon n get it treated. May be u need small surgery.

Practice SiTZ Bath daily(take warm water in a tub where you can sit add betadine solution to it) sit inside the tub  for 20 minutes.. Consult a general surgeon for further treatment
