Anal fissure
From 2months i have been suffeing from anal fissure till now no medicines has been taken and from 15days back used coconut oil and 90% of fissure has been cured and again fissue develped due to hard stool and from 5days siltz bath and pilex tablet and pilex ointment hasbeen taking with 20min thrice a day siltz bath. and from 1month fibre food and more water has been taking .will it heal by doing this r else surgery is the main stay how much time it will take to heal so that i will wait till that and if it doesnt respond i can go for next step,plz help me so much tensed about it.

Hi there I understand your concern...First of all you should start taking a high fibre diet, incorporate more of fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads in diet.. Drink plenty of water....You should always take walk after meals and follow daily workout regime....With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...Sitz baths after bowel movements and as needed provide significant symptomatic relief because they relieve some of the painful internal sphincter muscle spasm...Consult nearest surgeon they will help you
