It is better to get extracted ..if it is badly decayed..and mal aligned. If it is in good alignment u can restore that tooth with cement or RCT depending on the extent of decay.

extraction is the best treatment for wisdom tooth, but to postpone for some time you can do salt water gargle 3 time a day for 1 wk..... along with analgesic ( pain killer), if needed for 3 days.

Hello sir, Impacted wisdom tooth is one which fails to erupt with in the expected space and a given time . Impacted tooth will result in dental caries, cyst formation ,swelling around the impacted teeth , bad breathe ,bad taste in mouth ,pain while chewing, pushing the neighbouring tooth, jaw soarness. Treatment patient with impacted 3rd molar who wait untill symptoms occur have greater morbidity with their surgery .

its better to get extraction for the wisdom tooth problems than that of conservative treatment because normally this tooth will not help for the chewing & might cause severe problems

If your wisdom tooth in lower jaw and completely erupt, it can be save by rct. Consult to dentist near by your area.

If u want to preserve tooth Go for an IOPA if the tooth decay is superficial u can just fill it with restoravtive material.but if not you have to go for an extraction.
