Hi, Get an x-ray OPG. The cheek biting may be due to the wisdom tooth.

Hi! The white appearance is due to healing tissue or mild trauma. Sometimes, repeated friction causes the top layer to thicken or form an ulcer, which looks white. It usually heals on its own, but keep it clean and monitor it.
Next Steps
Please also get your upper molars checked. A sharp cusp might be causing repeated trauma to your cheek. If present, a dentist can smoothen the edges to prevent further irritation!
