Whey Protein and Hair Fall

2021-01-26 18:05:16
I am under 5% minoxidil and 1mg finastride hair fall treatment routine(to say the least). I want to know If I can take whey protein since I workout at the gym to build some muscle? Will whey protein intake definitely accelerate hair loss and render the treatment useless? I am a vegetarian, so I do not take non-veg food.

Whey protein is an exceptionally healthy way to add more protein to your diet. It's a quality protein source that is absorbed and utilized efficiently by the human body. This is particularly important for athletes, bodybuilders or people who need to gain muscle mass and strength while losing fat. You should be taking the right amount for maximum benefits.
Next Steps
You have not shared your age or any other details.. in general intake of whey protein does not affect hair treatment.
