What is the best protien available on market ? Which one to buy for gym starter which have no side effect

Hello... All protein powder have same ingredients and doctors cannot recommend any powder which is not medically approved . They all affects adversely if taken in exceeding quantity .. Because kidney can only manage certain load of protein .you can take egg ,meat , pulses ., fish ,chicken..
