Hi i m 23 yrs old, my weight is 59 and my height is 153.5 . How much weight should i have according to age and height ? If it is overweight then please give some solution to overcome my problem.

Hello, According to BMI( Body mass Index), as per your height and weight, your BMI(weight in Kgs/ height in meter square) is 25( Overweight range 25-29.9). So you have just entered overweight category. You can easily come down in normal weight range even by losing 2-4 kgs. As you have not mentioned any medical history, you can follow tips: 1. Dont skip braekfast. Include healthy grains like Oats, Jowar, bajara, ragi, Museli, Quinoa , brown rice in your meals. 2. eat sufficient proteins like egg whites, cow milk and products, Fish 3 Eat plenty of fresh fruits and veg. 4. Drink plenty of water. 5 Avoid canned, processed, packed food. 6 Avoid calorie rich foods made from nuts, sugar, Khoa and other sweet preparations. 7 Do exercise 30-45 minutes minimum everyday. 8 Have small and frequent meals. 9 Avoid junk food 10 Avoid alcohol.

Hi sir.. according to your height and age your weight should be 52 kgs.. You need to loose 7 kgs which can be easily done by diet if followed easily. We can give you an example of a good diet with timing : Early morning : ( 5 Am- 6 AM ) : tea/ coffee with 2 biscuits Prefer toned/ double toned milk Prefer atta biscuits instead of maida. Breakfast : ( 9 AM- 10 AM)poha/ dhokhla/ egg white Mid morning : (11 -11:30 AM) fruit/ juice/ coconut water.
