I am 24 Year old female having height 5'4" but my weight is 68.5 kg . I want to reduce 10 kgs of my weight . How can I do this through a diet ?

Try for atleast a month . Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks stay hydrated . Eat more fruits n vegetables daily .. start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.
