I want to loss my weight.i have never use any medicine,exercise anything's elses before.after 6month there is my marriage,thats why I am very worried.

Hi Avoid outside food completely. Also avoid fried food and sugar. Drink plenty of water,  especially before meals. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less rice,  potatoes.
