U may not loose 5 kg in 5 days but u may need more days/months.Slow losing is safer and stable, quick losing is not advisable for health reasons.
Eat 50or more percent of vegetables in ur meal.
Add whole gram raw green gram,cooked horsegram in ur breakfast.
Eat a fruit a day,preferably papaya the best.,in-between ur meals.avoid fruit juice.
Include gingely oil / roasted gingely seeds in ur food.
Avoid nonveg.
Drink 3 to 4 ltrs of water a day.
Chew the food properly and then swallow.
Do not skip breakfast.
Avoid maida products.
