I am typing 1 diabetic and hypothyroid patient. I am currently on insulin and taking thyronorm for hypothyroid. My weight is 74kgs and I am trying to lose weight. No matter what I try there is no change in weight management. My height is 5'4. I am 23 years old. Kindly suggest which diet plan will be suitable.

Take 1tsp triphala powder at bedtime 3 to 4 days in  a week . Add fruits and vegetables juice, salad in your diet. Add jowar and jau chapati in your meal.
