I am 5 "3" and weight 72 kg age 20. I have a very busy schedule . What stuff can I eat or do to reduce my weight properly? I have very slow metabolism

Hi, Avoid junk, processed, oily food and sweets completely. Drink plenty of water, especially before meals. Have a protein rich breakfast every morning. Have your dinner early and keep it light.
