Follow some tips below:
# Set a weekly goal to reduce weight .
# Keep yourself away from stress. Meditate.
# Try Yoga and aerobic exercises. Don't strain
# Avoid smoking, Alcohol ,coffee , soda etc.
# Drink 10-12 glass of filtered water daily

Morning : before breakfast
Try apple cider vinegar(ACV). Mix 2teaspoon of ACV with little honey in glass of water. Drink daily before breakfast.
