Weakness of body

Due to my weight I can't workout for long time. I feel tired. And my body part are getting pain as my work is sitting in office. Recently I got my period for 10 days. For which I am feeling so weak. Also I have some joint problem. While doing sit up my joints are creating sound. Kindly suggest me for more energy and for pain relief body.
