Minimum water requirement is 3 times of your body weight for example your body weight is 50 then 3x50=150 so minimum body required is 1.5 liter. And maximum water required is 10 times your body weight.10x50=500 is equivalent to 5 liter.whener you feel thirsty you have glass of water

Hi The minimum water intake should be 8 glasses and rest depends from the body to body. Urine colour is the best indicator to know that you drinking  good amount of water or not .....if your urine colour is dark yellow then you are drinking less and light yellow then you are drinking accurate..... if it's transparent then you are doing overhydration. If you wanna ask anything else then you can opt for a personal chat option Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
