Weight is not difficult to loose . Just start some small changes in your routine like watch your steps or any physical activity with water intake . Limit sweets tea coffe n alcoholic beverage etc . Obesity is main cause of laziness & weakness. At first reduce your weight for that follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.
