I have dizziness and heart palpitation and anxeity problem. My doc perscribed vitamin d3 60k. (My serum vitamin d level is 20) But I have one doubt. I saw in Google that Daily vitamin D requirement is 600 IU..but why that vitamin d3 medicine is 60k. Is this high dose or normal?

If you have very low of vitamin d deductible l deficiency like less than 10 then You can take Vitamin D dose as 60000 per day after food 1or 2 day per week for 1 month. After month check the level of Vitamin D to make correct dose .
Next Steps
IF there is not any deficiency of Vitamin D then you can take daily dose of vitamin D as 500IU or 600 IU.
