Hi Vitamin D is available through sunshine so please expose your body to sun, go for walk after sunrise for at least half an hour daily. Take vitamin D fortified foods, mushrooms, cod fish liver oil. Eggs. For supplements please consult your physician. Take care. Vitamin D is very important for your bones as it helps body to absorb and deposit calcium in your bones.
