I had hand/leg pain and numbness few days back. So consulted a doctor and he advised me for vitamin b12 and d3 test. My levels came as Vitamin B 12 - 126.6 Vitamin D3 - 7.6 He prescribed to have Me 12 OD one tab/daily for two months and Tayo 60k once a week for 8 weeks. Its been a week since i started having these medicines and for past two three days i am feeling sleepy and little anxious all the time. Is it normal?

Hello. These supplements do not have such side effects , so you can take them without worry. Your anxiety or sleepiness could be due to stress or improper sleep habits. Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption while taking this medication. This supplementation is required as your blood levels are quite low, please do complete the course.
